Booking a remote-based service session (Globally available)

  1. Contact us through the form Here to book a service (we shall then reply to discuss the service type, best time slot  and quote you a service fee).
  2. Download and install UltraViewer onto your internet enabled computer (an ID and Password will be auto-generated)
  3. Forward us your UltraViewer ID and password – we should then connect to your computer at the agreed time and start off
  4. A chat panel will display on the right of your computer screen – this is where you can type anything you wish to communicate to us during the remote session and also view our replies.
  5. You can then proceed to make payment as we get on – we also need you to standby to establish connections of the device whenever necessary.

Booking a workshop-based service (for those around South African for now)

  1. Contact us through the form Here to book a service (we will then reply to discuss the service type and quote you a service fee).
  2. You will then need to pay in a courier deposit fee of R100
  3. We will then book the courier to come and pick up the device from you.
  4. Once the device arrives, we will commence with service and keep you in the service progress loop via email or SMS.
  5. You will then be required to pay both the remaining R100 courier fee + the quoted service fee once the service is completed
  6. We then book the courier again to have the device collected from us and delivered back to you. You can expect a 2 to 5 days turn around.
