Booking a remote-based service session (Globally available)
- Contact us through the form Here to book a service (we shall then reply to discuss the service type, best time slot and quote you a service fee).
- Download and install UltraViewer onto your internet enabled computer (an ID and Password will be auto-generated)
- Forward us your UltraViewer ID and password – we should then connect to your computer at the agreed time and start off
- A chat panel will display on the right of your computer screen – this is where you can type anything you wish to communicate to us during the remote session and also view our replies.
- You can then proceed to make payment as we get on – we also need you to standby to establish connections of the device whenever necessary.
Booking a workshop-based service (for those around South African for now)
- Contact us through the form Here to book a service (we will then reply to discuss the service type and quote you a service fee).
- You will then need to pay in a courier deposit fee of R100
- We will then book the courier to come and pick up the device from you.
- Once the device arrives, we will commence with service and keep you in the service progress loop via email or SMS.
- You will then be required to pay both the remaining R100 courier fee + the quoted service fee once the service is completed
- We then book the courier again to have the device collected from us and delivered back to you. You can expect a 2 to 5 days turn around.
